Ronda is a very nice city that is in the Province of Malaga.Among its many monuments is the New Bridge over the cut of the river that constitutes, along with the Plaza de Toros (Bull Fight Square) de la Real Maestranza de Caballería de Ronda, the symbol and soul of the city.
In addition to the church of Santa María la Mayor and the Arab Baths, the city has many other places of interest among which there are prehistoric remains that date back to the Neolithic period.
With regard to the Popular Festivities, Holy Week of Ronda is declared of National Tourist Interest. From the religious point of view, it is one of the most important events that take place every year in the city.
The gastronomy is the typical Andalusian, with simple dishes like the soup of tomatoes (Gazpacho) or garlic (Ajo Blanco) in addition to the chickpea or lentil soup.
I leave here a video with 6 points of interest of the city and also the link to the official website of Ronda.
It is a very interesting and enjoyable visit, especially in the spring, which certainly deserves at least a weekend break to this beautiful and special place.
